All orders are packed with care and shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order has been dispatched, typical delivery takes 2–7 business days, possibly longer, depending on your location and postal conditions.

At this time, we are pleased to offer shipping within the contiguous United States and Puerto Rico only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

                                                 ORDER NOTIFICATIONS

 

We strive to keep you informed at every stage of your order journey. You will receive a courtesy email notification at the following milestones:

• Order Confirmation – when your purchase is received,

• Processing Notification – when your order enters production,

• Shipping Notification – along with your USPS tracking number, once your order is on its way.

                                                DELIVERY AND RESPONSIBILITY

 

Once your order has been transferred to USPS, delivery times are beyond our control. While we package each order securely and with care, So InspiratioNail by Stacey D is not liable for:

• Shipping delays due to carrier issues or weather,

• Lost, stolen, or mishandled packages once in transit.

We are, however, happy to assist you with initiating a claim with USPS should any egregious issues arise.
