Return & Resolution Policy

At SoInspiratioNail by Stacey D, every set of press-on nails is meticulously handcrafted with artistry, precision, and a deep appreciation for personal style. As each set is custom-made and considered a personal care item, please understand that all sales are final.

We kindly ask that you review the following policy before placing your order.

❖ All Sales Are Final

Due to the bespoke nature of our products, and for hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. This policy ensures the integrity and sanitary standards of every set created.

Press-on nails are non-returnable and non-refundable, as each set is:

• Individually handcrafted,

• Often customized to your sizing, design preferences, or color choices,

• Categorized as personal beauty items, not eligible for resale.

❖ Store Credit – At the Owner’s Discretion

In rare cases where an order arrives damaged or incorrect, store credit may be extended at the sole discretion of the owner. Qualifying circumstances may include, but are not limited to:

• Material damage incurred during shipment,

• Receipt of an item significantly different from what was ordered.

Each case is evaluated individually. Store credit is not guaranteed and will be determined based on the specific situation and evidence provided.

❖ Reporting an Issue

Should a concern arise with your order, we invite you to contact us promptly:

Steps to Follow:

• Reach out via email at SoInspiratioNailByStaceyD@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.

• Please include the following:

  • Full name and order number,

  • A clear description of the concern,

  • Clear, unedited photos of the product in question (preferably in original packaging, and unworn).

Please allow up to 3 business days for a response and resolution proposal. Requests received after the 48-hour window may not be eligible for review.

❖ Limitation of Liability

While we are committed to delivering quality and satisfaction, SoInspiratioNail by Stacey D cannot be held liable for the following:

• Customer-selected sizing errors,

• Changes of mind after purchase,

• Variations in color/design due to individual screen settings,

• Issues resulting from improper application or removal techniques.

We take great care to ensure our photos and descriptions are true to life, but slight variations are to be expected with handcrafted items.

📦 Shipping Policy

At SoInspiratioNail by Stacey D, each set of nails is thoughtfully handcrafted with precision and care. Because your order is made especially for you, we ask for your patience as we create and deliver your custom design with the attention it deserves.

⏳ Production & Processing Time

All of our press-on nail sets are custom made to order. As such, please allow between 7 to 30 days from the date of purchase for your order to be completed and prepared for shipment.

Production time may vary depending on:

• Design complexity,

• Customization requests,

• Order volume.

We believe in quality over haste, and take pride in delivering artistry—not mass production.

📬 Shipping Details

All orders are shipped with care via United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order has been dispatched, typical delivery takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location and postal conditions.

At this time, we are pleased to offer shipping within the contiguous United States and Puerto Rico only. We do not currently offer international shipping.

📨 Order Notifications

We strive to keep you informed at every stage of your order journey. You will receive a courtesy email notification at the following milestones:

• Order Confirmation – when your purchase is received,

• Processing Notification – when your order enters production,

• Shipping Notification – along with your USPS tracking number, once your order is on its way.

✉️ Delivery & Responsibility

Once your package has been transferred to USPS, delivery times are beyond our control. While we package each order securely and with care, SoInspiratioNail by Stacey D is not liable for:

• Shipping delays due to carrier issues or weather,

• Lost, stolen, or mishandled packages once in transit.

We are, however, happy to assist you in initiating a claim with USPS should any issues arise.
